Ferry from Nuweiba to Aqaba

Do you know the feeling when you know you're in a familiar place, but everything about the place has changed, it has lost the soul that you still so vividly remember? I used to have this nightmare where I would come back home only to find that everything that made it feel like home, the people, the atmosphere, were gone. That's how the old Scandinavian crew of the ferry now called M/S Sherhazade would feel if they ever came back to their ship.

• I had such feeling when I passed by the house where I lived in when I was a child. All my friends moved away as I did, the garden was left, the big berry tree which filled the air with fragrance each spring was broken to death by some unknown car driver. There were no kids in the yard. We were like "the last generation". Too sad. And all we can do it to move further.
